Pullback Trades:
This method is designed to enter a trending market after a pullback against the initial thrust of the move.

We are looking for an entry aligned with the prevailing trend which should resume after the pullback. The pullback can be either simple (one leg) or complex (two or more legs). 

The example below shows the structure of a down trend. Periods of consolidation are followed by strong down thrusts.

Stock Example:
The chart below shows a trade entry in US stock SONO. The stock is moving in a strong uptrend, punctuated by pauses, or pull backs. You can see the final pull back outlined with parallel lines. Price then broke to the upside and we had a long trade entry marked by the green line.
